Recently, I began a new adventure. I teamed up with a friend of mine that is a carpenter to purchase an old house to rehab and flip. It’s going to be an exciting and fun process and I’ll be sharing the experience here on my blog. In this first post, I’m sharing the real estate listing photos so you can see where we are starting. As you can see, we have our work cut out for us! It's a beautiful historic arts and crafts home built in 1913 with wonderful original woodwork. The kitchen and bathroom look to have been remodeled sometime between the 40's and 70's.
We are planning to restore them to an updated but classic look.
